Author Guidelines
Authors should submit their papers in Word format. All manuscripts must be in English.

Publication of any articles in Scientific Bulletin requires conformance to the paper template: Paper Format

Brief Specifications
- The title should be short and descriptive. Avoid using acronyms.
- The names, affiliations, and email addresses of each author should appear below the title.
- All submission papers require an abstract.
- Keywords and Jel Classification Code must also be listed below the abstract on the title page.
- Sections and subsections should be labeled 1, 1.1, 1.2, 2, 2.1, etc.
- An acknowledgements section me be placed immediately before the reference section of the manuscript.
- In addition to citations in the main text, a complete list of references should be included as the final section of a manuscript. All references cited in the manuscript should appear in this list in alphabetical order.

Copyright
Authors will be required to fill out the below copyright transfer form during the peer-review process and attach it along with their submission. The copyright transfer covers the exclusive right to reproduce and distribute the article, in printed or electronic form. The Authors warrant that their contribution is an original work not published elsewhere, that they have the full power to make this grant Copyright Transfer

Author Fee
Once a paper has been accepted, the corresponding author will be contacted to make the payment of publication fee.

This Article Publication Fee is 30 EUR.

50% discount will be provided to AFER and SSMAR members from Romania.

Also an 50% reduction for the publication fee is offered to authors in developing countries, in accordance with the Journal's effort to foster universal access to research.

For rejected papers there are no fees.

Payments are accepted in two currencies: EUR and LEI by two payment methods:
