The Scientific Bulletin is published since 2005, and the publication frequency is biannualy since 2011.

The Scientific Bulletin is an international scientific double blinded peer-reviewed journal publishing articles covering the the following main topics:

Double-blind peer review

Starting with the first issue of the Journal on 2017, all articles will be published under CC BY-NC- 4.0 license.

This permits anyone to copy, redistribute, remix, transmit and adapt the work provided the original work and source is appropriately cited. The Attribution-NonCommercial, or CC-BY-NC, license allows for others to remix or otherwise alter the original material (with proper attribution), provided that they are not using it for any commercial purpose.

 

Copyright and Plagiarism

  1. Scientific Bulletin publishes original works, which are not under review in any other journals.
  2. In order to republishing a paper published in Bulletin Scientific the authors must ask the permission of the Editorial Board before and mention as reference our journal.
  3. Copyright is transferred to the journal by the authors. They should fill the Copyright_Transfer form, sign it and send a scanned copy to the editor-in-chief, upon acceptance of their article for publication.
  4. Editorial team consider that plagiarism in all its forms constitutes unethical publishing behavior and leads to the automatic rejection of the article. Our Scientific Bulletin uses the anti-plagiarism software that is agreed upon and used everywhere throughout the University, including PhD thesis.
  5. If plagiarism is pointed out to the editors after the article has been published, and relevant evidence is provided to support it, the article will be marked on website as fraud.

 

Peer Review Process
Submitted papers are evaluated on the basis of their contribution to the knowledge and practice and on methodology, theoretical and empirical contribution, and style.

The Scientific Bulletin uses a double-blind review process with two reviewers per submission. The manuscript will be send to the reviewers anonymously and the reviewers' comment also will be send anonymously to corresponding author.

In the event there is any disagreement between reviewers the submission is sent to our Editorial Board for further evaluation. The entire peer-review process takes approximately 4 weeks. Review_Form
